Platform Services

GoGGL provides a digital marketplace connecting shippers and carriers. GoGGL is not a motor carrier and does not transport freight.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Comply with FMCSA regulations
• Maintain required insurance and licensing
• Use the platform lawfully

Carrier Requirements

Carriers must maintain active operating authority, required insurance, and all applicable federal and state registrations.

Payments

Payment processing may be provided through third-party providers. Fees are disclosed during transaction processing.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fraudulent activities
• False load postings
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Misrepresentation of licensing or insurance

Limitation of Liability

GoGGL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
